Bank of America CD Rates Update
It has been a while since we reviewed Bank of America CD rates. Therefore, those of us here at Best CD Rates Info decided it was time to take another look at CD rates at Bank of America to see how they stack up.
Frankly, we were disappointed with all of their certificates of deposit. The highest CD rates at Bank of America that we found were an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 2.10 percent on several of their standard and jumbo CDs. We expected to find a BankOfAmerica CD with a CD interest rate higher than that, but even their High Yield CD rates are at 2.00 percent APY — which is 1.01 percent less than the E-Trade Savings Accounts often advertised on this site (and savings accounts usually give you more flexibility).
So, unfortuanately Bank America CD rates do not come close to being on our list of the best CD rates that we have reviewd. However, be sure to check the Bank of America online banking web site occaisionally, as CD rates can change quickly and can differ according to your location.
