The 3 year CD is earning an APY of 1.11%. The 4 year CD is earning an APY of 1.51%. The best CD rates are from the 5 year CD that is earning an APY of 2.02%.

There is no mention of a minimum deposit requirement for these RBC certificate of deposit rates. All of the terms and associated APYs are fixed for the life of the investment. Both Americans and Canadians are eligible for these accounts.
