There are two kinds of Regions Bank CD rates to choose from: standard accounts and Relationship accounts. They both have the same yields, however, and both require a minimum deposit of $10,000 to open. The best CD rates at Regions are with their three special term offers.
Special Term Rates
Regions Bank certificate of deposit rates for these specials are on terms of 10, 20, and 40-47 months. These have an annual percentage yield (APY) of 1.60%, 2.0%, and 2.75% respectively. Some great Regions CD rates with these.
Standard Rates
Standard Regions Bank CD rates are for terms up to 72 months. For very short-term Regions Bank certificate of deposit rates, the 0-2 month rate is 0.85% APY, 3-5 months at 1.01% APY, and 6-11 months at 1.35% APY. For one year to 19 months Regions CD rates are 1.50% APY. 21-23 months are the same while 24-35 months return 1.76% APY. Longer-term Regions CD rates start at 36-39 months at 2.0% APY and the same for 48-59 month terms. 60+ month terms yield a 2.25% APY.
